At NeuroThrive, our team is made up of award-winning educators with years of experience working across every part of the education system—from early years and primary, right through to secondary, college, and beyond.

We’ve been in both teaching and support roles ourselves, so we know what it’s really like: the late nights planning lessons, the pressure of assessments, managing tricky behaviour, and trying to keep up with endless new ideas and expectations.

Assessment of current behaviour policies and student engagement strategies.
Provides a tailored plan to improve student participation and behaviour outcomes.

Teaching Assistant (TA) Effectiveness Training: £350/half-day

Interactive training sessions aimed at enhancing TA skills in supporting neurodiverse students.
Focuses on evidence-based strategies and collaborative practices.
